TL;DR

Location: On-site in Orange County, CA

Salary: $23.78 - $29.72 per hour

What you will do

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on PCBA test equipment, automation systems, manual fixtures, and label printers.
  • Respond to equipment issues and line-down events through rapid troubleshooting and repair to restore operations safely.
  • Document all maintenance activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and internal quality systems.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering with equipment installation, qualification, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Collaborate with Quality and Facilities teams to identify root causes of recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and PPE protocols.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience supporting manufacturing, automation, or test equipment.
  • Experience working within a regulated medical device, FDA, or ISO environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Orange County, CA for the 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm PST).

Nice to have

  • Associate degree or technical certification in industrial technology or electromechanical systems.
  • Experience using CMMS systems for documenting work orders and equipment history.
