Salary: $4,000–$4,960 per month (based on $25–$31 hourly rate)

What you will do

• Perform on-site product support, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance (PM).
• Manage logistics, deployments, and software distribution, including EDHR updates.
• Provide guidance and technical support to other field and PM technicians.
• Assist customers with equipment application and escalate critical issues to management.
• Maintain customer-specific service activity records and report monthly department metrics.
• Undergo minimum 40 hours of annual training to maintain proficiency in ZOLL products.

Requirements

• Technical Degree (minimum 2 years) or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Credit card in good standing for travel-related expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Up to 90% travel required.
