Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid option allows remote work up to two days per week, or an on-site schedule of five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $228,000–$342,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, enterprise networking, hybrid hosting, end-user computing, collaboration, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Partner with Information Security to align infrastructure, collaboration, cloud, workplace, and cybersecurity architecture strategies.
• Lead architecture strategy for enterprise AI, including Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI, with secure integration across infrastructure layers.
• Establish reference architectures, design standards, integration patterns, design reviews, exception management, and technology governance processes.
• Guide lifecycle management, rationalization, modernization, operational alignment, and service experience improvements across Core Technology.
• Influence senior leaders, domain directors, vendors, strategic partners, and managed service providers without direct authority.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.
• Proven leadership experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture roles across multiple infrastructure domains.
• Strong expertise in Azure architecture, AWS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Copilot, Azure AI, enterprise networking, and SD-WAN.
• Experience aligning security architecture, including identity, endpoint protection, network security, zero-trust, and cloud security.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure, global enterprise environments, architecture governance, reference architectures, and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead through influence, communicate with executives, and translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience enabling enterprise AI in a regulated environment.
• Experience in GxP-regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.
• Background in digital workplace transformation, managed services integration, and global collaboration ecosystems.
