What you will do

• Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis.
• Analyze large datasets using R, SQL, and Python to identify meaningful performance insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with account teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Present and explain advanced measurement methodologies and models to internal and external executive-level stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Measurement Analysts through performance coaching and guidance on advanced analytics and insight storytelling.
• Employ AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to increase efficiency and optimize deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Funnel.io and Fivetran.
• 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally managing 2-3 direct reports.
• Must be based in the United States.
