ETL Lead (Snowflake)

Location: Hybrid work in Plainsboro, New Jersey, with four days in the office; the posting also lists New York, New York.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Design data warehouses, ETL solutions, and first-cut technical architectures.
• Lead data engineering teams and guide delivery through complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Build and lead solution charters for small- to large-scale data engineering programs.
• Develop Snowflake architectures and optimize data warehouse performance.
• Work with pharmaceutical and life sciences datasets from IQVIA, Komodo, and Veeva toolsets.
• Translate complex information into compelling technical and business presentations.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with IICS, IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design, dimensions, and facts.
• Experience leading teams, managing complex programs, and solving unstructured problems.
• Ability to document technical and business processes and communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences domain experience, particularly with IQVIA, Komodo, or Veeva datasets, is required or strongly preferred.
