What you will do

• Develop joint business plans with global system integrators and embed hirify.global's platform into their consulting and managed security services.
• Generate, influence, and accelerate joint enterprise sales pipelines with internal sales teams and external partners.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior GSI leaders and field teams.
• Enable consulting and technical practices to design, architect, and sell hirify.global-based solutions.
• Manage co-sell forecasting, partner-sourced revenue tracking, and reporting in Salesforce and related CRM tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, strategic alliances, or go-to-market leadership.
• Specific experience working with GSI or consulting ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of GSI organizational structures, partner incentives, and managed-services billing models.
• Proven success generating new enterprise logos and Total Contract Value through partner-led sales.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority, negotiate complex deals, and present joint value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree required; working knowledge of data security, cloud security, and Zero Trust is strongly preferred.
