What you will do

• Coordinate project planning and execution across software, hardware, design, and data engineering teams.
• Maintain schedules, documentation, deliverable trackers, dependencies, and project visibility.
• Communicate project status, blockers, risks, scope changes, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, capture actions, and ensure follow-through.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and process improvement activities.
• Support proposal development and collaborate with senior project and program managers on delihirify.global practices.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and hold a valid U.S. work permit.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical or project environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile workflows, cloud services, Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, or similar project tools.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and work with modern AI-based tools in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
