What you will do

• Lead global automation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Manage project execution including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (automation, engineering, IT, production, quality) and external suppliers.
• Ensure delivery according to quality and compliance standards in a regulated pharma environment.
• Maintain project documentation and communications for stakeholders at global and site levels.
• Support change management and adoption of new automation solutions across plants.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager / PM Automation Engineer in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• English: C2 level required.
• Ability to travel frequently to Europe and the Americas.
• Proven experience in project management for automation plants.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with global automation programs or multi-site implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Spanish and French.
