Location: Remote within the Michigan District, with residence in the territory preferred in Detroit, Grand Rapids, or Lansing, Michigan. Travel to multiple accounts up to 50% of the time is required, along with a valid driver’s license.
Salary: $161,600–$242,400 annually, plus eligibility for the Incentive Plan.

What you will do
- Implement and pilot market development strategies aligned with renal denervation launch and therapy objectives.
- Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with hospital administrators and physician stakeholders.
- Build partnerships with interventional cardiologists, hypertension specialists, primary care teams, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital executives.
- Develop awareness programs and customer initiatives that improve access to hypertension care.
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, marketing, reimbursement, and field-based teams on customer expansion strategies.
- Track market activity, manage pilot budgets, participate in relevant association events, and maintain compliance and expense requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development, sales, or sales support; alternatively, an advanced degree and 8+ years of experience.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hiring and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Residence within the Michigan District and ability to travel up to 50% are required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work with clinical, commercial, administrative, and executive healthcare stakeholders.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in business, hospital administration, nursing, or life sciences.
- Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in a hospital cardiovascular setting, such as a cath lab, cardiovascular program coordination, or program leadership.
- Experience developing new markets and tracking execution and performance.
