Salary: Base pay $187,573 – $241,165 per year (Total compensation package up to $389,398)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the oncology portfolio.
• Translate sophisticated clinical products into clear marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and press releases.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Partner with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and patient advocacy organizations to drive adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Medical Affairs to ensure flawless commercial execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Marketing experience within precision diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree required; BS or advanced degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex clinical data into value propositions.
• Deep understanding of competitive analysis and market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
