What you will do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, and inspection operations according to SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Operate and support at least three manufacturing or inspection processes after completing training and qualification.
• Maintain production output, quality, safety, housekeeping, spoilage, and OEE performance targets.
• Complete production, quality, and performance records accurately and verify products against specifications and documented requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and production colleagues to coordinate workflow, share knowledge, and support team schedules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Secondary-level education or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow shift schedules and production timelines in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent task execution, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Commitment to quality, operational discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to cleanroom or controlled manufacturing settings.
• Experience supporting the training or knowledge sharing of production colleagues.
