What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are effectively implemented.
• Devise and implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision of products and production equipment.
• Lead and work on non-conformance investigations and ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to support business and performance goals.
• Support internal and external audit preparations and maintain quality standards for all associated activities.

Requirements

• Minimum NFQ Level 7 bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Availability to work the Evening Shift.
• Practical working knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem solving, and quality improvement tools.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
