What you will do

• Lead documentation activities for commercial builds including BOMs, OPs, and DHR.
• Support the installation, calibration, and validation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing design and production issues through hands-on analysis.
• Lead NCMR investigations and implement technical mitigations.
• Participate in Gemba support, line audits, and continuous process improvement projects.
• Perform people management tasks including task assignment, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of industry experience (or Master’s degree with 2+ years).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be available to work the evening shift, Monday to Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the MedTech industry.
• Knowledge of SAP and Agile systems.
• Experience in product characterization testing.
• Prior experience in people management.
