What you will do

• Lead the creation, review, approval, and release of labeling components for new and commercialized products.
• Develop labeling design inputs, content specifications, and final artwork aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate translation activities for global product registrations.
• Maintain labeling content and data within enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor domestic and international labeling regulations to integrate necessary changes into processes.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance labeling efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
• Proven knowledge of medical device labeling regulations, standards, and global compliance.
• Experience managing labeling or packaging projects within a highly regulated industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design and labeling software tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leveraging data analytics or AI tools.
