Salary: $132,000–$182,000 annual salary for Washington, DC-based hires, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do
- Maintain registrations and eligibility across SAM.gov, ORBIT, UK G-Cloud, EU TED, and regional procurement portals.
- Oversee automated audits reconciling invoicing, tax records, legal entity data, and federal portal profiles.
- Extract contract deliverables, build reporting schedules, and manage recurring submissions such as CDRLs and contractor reports.
- Monitor customer-impacting technical issues and coordinate with Customer Support to protect contract performance.
- Manage contract performance evaluation cycles, including CPARS submissions.
- Coordinate compliance certifications and maintain RFx response knowledge systems with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Security, and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience managing post-award tasks for U.S. government contracts, including CDRL tracking, invoice reconciliation, and contractor reporting.
- Hands-on experience with U.S. federal procurement and vendor-management systems such as SAM.gov, DSBS, and ORBIT.
- Working knowledge of FAR provisions covering subcontracting plans, invoicing, and contract reporting.
- Experience managing automated reporting workflows and multiple recurring deadlines.
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.
Nice to have
- Experience as a U.S. federal contracting officer or in a comparable federal acquisition role.
- Familiarity with international government contracting systems, global procurement portals, and regional compliance standards.
