What you will do

• Manage and mentor a high-performing software engineering team developing enterprise-level applications.
• Provide technical leadership on complex product and platform problems, including dependencies, stability, compatibility, scalability, and interoperability.
• Contribute to product milestones and successfully deliver complex software products to customers.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, professional services, information technology, architects, and other technology leaders.
• Plan resource allocation, set goals, measure performance, and support talent development.
• Advise on software development practices, design decisions, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent software product development experience.
• Strong experience managing geographically distributed, high-performing development teams.
• Experience with multiple software development methodologies and related tools.
• Demonstrated innovation and a driving role in building complex software products delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
• Knowledge of database concepts and programming, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
