Mental Health Therapist (Mental Health)

Location: Must be a full-time resident of the United States and have office space to see clients in the Counce, Tennessee area. In-person care is strongly preferred, with virtual care also available.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Deliver culturally responsive care across mild, complex, and severe mental health presentations.
• Apply clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Use provider tools for scheduling, billing, invoicing, and client matching.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical-track program, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted independent LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience managing clinical risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time United States residency and office space in the Counce, Tennessee area.
• Ability to provide care in person is strongly preferred.
