Salary: $184,000–$231,000 annual base salary, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, staff, mentor, and develop a global DevOps and CloudOps team.
• Manage cloud environments and applications in collaboration with engineering, architecture, product, and support teams.
• Define operational models, roadmaps, metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD delivery, and continuous improvement across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise solutions.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity testing, SOC/ISO audit controls, and on-call support.
• Report operational quality and system performance to executive management and lead resolution of customer-impacting incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of DevOps/CloudOps experience, including 5+ years working with cloud environments such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and related tooling.
• 7+ years leading multiple Agile teams and programs, with expert knowledge of Agile and Lean principles.
• 5+ years driving DevOps automation and automated software delivery, including hands-on production cloud operations and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building DevOps/CloudOps teams, managing multiple product lines, and delivering against aggressive release schedules.
