What you will do

• Design and lead cloud architectures, networking, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation on Azure.
• Build, improve, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Evaluate DevOps solutions, design custom integrations, and define reusable patterns for scalability, performance, availability, and security.
• Embed security guardrails, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, policy controls, and repository whitelisting into delivery workflows.
• Advise development and organizational leaders on modernization, application lifecycle management, governance, and technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders while collaborating with stakeholders to demonstrate the business value of DevOps improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of application development experience and 3 years designing DevOps pipelines.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, automated vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and continuous compliance.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git repositories, branching, release management, and scripting with Bicep, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical lead in an Agile or SAFe environment.
• Azure certifications.
• Experience in Application Security or DevSecOps roles.
