TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, New York, Washington DC, or St. Louis (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $188,800 - $362,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Design and implement secure scalable backend systems for Public Sector customers leveraging cloud-native AI infrastructure.
• Define software shipping patterns and deployment standards for complex government and high-security environments.
• Build and maintain internal CLIs and tools to standardize testing, deployment, and environment management.
• Re-architect the stack to run in compliant or restrictive air-gapped environments by designing swappable components.
• Provide mentorship and manage performance for the ARC team while guiding technical direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative backend solutions for government agencies.

Requirements

• At least an active secret clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to support work 3 days a week from the DC, SF, NYC, or STL office.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including modern web frameworks and databases.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Federal Compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, Cloud SRG, STIG Benchmarks).
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and propose innovative solutions to technical obstacles.
