What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the AI agentic orchestration platform.
• Build distributed systems that orchestrate AI agents, robots, and human workflows.
• Write production-quality C# code and use AI coding assistants such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
• Translate customer needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation of approximately one week every two to three months.

Requirements

• Strong C# expertise and proven backend development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Active daily use of AI coding assistants.
• Builder mindset with a track record of taking products from initial development to production.
• Strong communication skills and customer empathy.
• Demonstrated rapid growth and impact in previous roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Background in AI/ML systems or agentic workflows.
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms.
