What you will do

• Architect hyper-scalable infrastructure to support exponential growth in traffic and data volume.
• Lead the technical side of strategic partnerships and enterprise integrations.
• Own the delivery of enterprise-ready features including billing, residency controls, and auditability.
• Establish rigorous platform standards for contracts, versioning, and security.
• Build self-service tooling and automated quality gates to empower product teams.
• Influence technical strategy and drive consensus across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on high-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in API platform architecture and modern cloud stacks.
• Proven experience navigating enterprise compliance, security, and data residency challenges.
• Strong strategic communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and write RFCs.
• Experience advocating for and adopting AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the New York office.
