What you will do

• Support cross-functional project teams delivering IRT solutions for clinical trials.
• Coordinate with clients on requirements, issues, project updates, questions, and specification reviews.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, proposals, and client discussions.
• Manage schedules, scope, milestones, task assignments, and project documentation.
• Support UAT planning, test script development, data setup, and client UAT activities.
• Train end users and provide protocol-specific support after go-live through global phone and email channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; life sciences or computer science is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from Romania and travel to client sites for meetings and training sessions.
