What you will do

• Build electro-mechanical assemblies based on CAD, drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform precise mechanical assembly using hand tools, torque wrenches, and adhesive applicators.
• Route, label, and secure complex wiring harnesses.
• Test assemblies using jigs, fixtures, and electrical test equipment.
• Document test findings and results to ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve build speed, reliability, and overall quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in electromechanical assembly or low-rate production of complex systems.
• Proven background in robotics, aerospace, or automotive industries.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on proficiency with soldering, torqueing, and common assembly tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to build quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-urgency, fluid R&D environment.
