What you will do

• Build automations for creator discovery, onboarding, contracts, content reminders, tracking, reporting, and payments.
• Connect social platforms, CRM, finance, Slack, and e-signature tools through APIs, integrations, webhooks, and custom code.
• Aggregate social performance data and automate dashboards, spreadsheets, ROI calculations, and campaign metrics.
• Own reliability through error handling, monitoring, secrets management, security controls, and audit trails.
• Validate and troubleshoot data with SQL and document workflows for long-term maintainability.
• Partner with influencer marketing, marketing operations, finance, legal, and data/BI stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API integrations.
• Experience building API- and webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of reliability, error handling, authentication, secrets management, security, and audit practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build systems independently in a high-ownership environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, or Aspire.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram/Meta, or YouTube APIs.
• Experience integrating DocuSign, PayPal, Stripe, Bill.com, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, or AI/LLM-powered automations.
