Location: Lausanne preferred or Zurich, Switzerland; hybrid with 40% remote work. Meaningful customer on-site work is required for up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to understand engineering workflows, constraints, and existing tools.
• Translate customer needs into practical integration plans across PLM, CAD, and simulation systems.
• Connect systems through APIs, scripts, and automation mechanisms.
• Automate engineering workflows and data exchange, including job execution and monitoring across cloud or HPC environments.
• Contribute production features, tooling, and reusable integration patterns to the core product.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience automating PLM and CAD systems through their APIs.
• Experience writing production-quality software used by engineers or other users.
• Good knowledge of simulation workflows and engineering data exchange, including FEM, CFD, or CAE automation.
• Background in mechanical or industrial engineering, PLM/CAD/CAE automation, and software development.
• Strong customer orientation, clear communication, and willingness to work on-site with customer engineering teams.
• Ability to work from Lausanne or Zurich and spend up to 25% of the time on-site with customers.

• Deeper CAE experience.
