What you will do

• Lead manual and automated testing projects and manage QA team delivery.
• Implement testing frameworks, workflows, and defect management practices.
• Coordinate testing activities and updates with IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Test Analysts, and onshore teams.
• Track test metrics and status, identify risks, and escalate issues to project stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent defect logging, reporting, and process adherence across project and Scrum teams.

Requirements

• Residence in CDMX, EDOMEX, or GDL, Mexico is mandatory.
• Mandatory experience in the insurance sector and with Jira.
• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience leading manual and automated testing projects and managing QA teams.
• Advanced English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code and Bitbucket pull requests.
