QA Engineer (Playwright)

What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and native mobile applications.
• Create and optimize Playwright automation scripts with JavaScript and use AI tools to accelerate testing workflows.
• Perform functional, smoke, sanity, integration, localization, and regression testing across registration, ad posting, search, filtering, and premium subscription features.
• Investigate, document, and track defects in Jira and Confluence while coordinating fixes with developers.
• Verify environments before production releases and assist with release coordination.
• Collaborate with development, product, design, DevOps, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to safeguard release quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle.
• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Experience creating and executing Playwright automation scripts with JavaScript or a similar tool.
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows, basic SQL, and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API and performance testing.
• Exposure to AI-driven QA tools, test generation, or intelligent automation platforms.
