What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases for CRM-related features.
- Validate end-to-end customer journeys across mobile apps, CRM platforms, and backend services.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Execute API testing using Postman to validate data synchronization and CRM services.
- Investigate defects by analyzing application logs, API responses, and database states.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies to maintain high delivery standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA testing for CRM, Digital, or Mobile applications.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for daily collaboration.
- Proven experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Hands-on expertise with Postman, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience utilizing AI tools like Cursor or ChatGPT within the software testing life cycle.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and customer lifecycle management.
Nice to have
- Automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of REST and GraphQL API testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Experience with OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management.
- Background in retail or QSR mobile application domains.
