Test Coordinator/Project Manager (QA)

TL;DR

Test Coordinator/Project Manager (QA): Coordinating and governing testing activities across IT delivery initiatives with an accent on test planning, execution visibility, readiness, and stakeholder alignment. Location: Onsite at the Santa Maria Office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, five days per week; occasional weekend work may be required. Domestic relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate test planning, milestones, resources, dependencies, and execution across IT projects and portfolios.
• Monitor testing progress, defects, risks, environment readiness, delivery commitments, and quality metrics.
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, executive summaries, governance materials, readiness reviews, and go/no-go discussions.
• Coordinate requirements traceability, quality reviews, and testing coverage with business and IT stakeholders.
• Track risks, blockers, defects, decisions, and action items through resolution.
• Support application implementations, process reengineering, testing transformation, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Information, or an equivalent field.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for cross-site and global collaboration.
• Experience with application delivery, testing lifecycles, governance forums, reporting cadences, and structured execution practices.
• Practical exposure to Agile, hybrid, Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project delivery methods.
• Expertise in test coordination, test management, quality assurance, PMO, delivery coordination, IT operations, or related IT delivery support.
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing for medium to large technology initiatives and coordinating across business, development, QA, support, project, and leadership teams.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating testing for large-scale, highly integrated enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with testing governance models and quality metrics for executive reporting.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional IT environments.
• Background in IT leadership, coordination, or functional team leadership.
