What you will do

• Develop and own the test strategy for a browser migration program across multiple products and applications.
• Conduct impact analysis and effort estimation for new testing demands and migration activities.
• Coordinate testing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Lead and monitor test analysis, design, implementation, and execution activities.
• Manage functional and regression testing, verification, sign-off, and defect management processes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams throughout the migration lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience supporting browser, platform, or application migration initiatives.
• Strong experience developing test strategies for complex enterprise programs.
• Solid background in test automation and automation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Edge and Chrome-based automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
• Experience working in security-conscious or regulated environments.
• Healthcare domain experience.
