What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts for web and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct API testing with Postman and validate backend services and integrations.
• Support data migration testing by validating mappings, integrity, reconciliation, and migration accuracy.
• Document, track, and verify defects while reporting progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, stakeholders, and Agile/Scrum teams through requirements reviews and release activities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience testing web applications and basic exposure to desktop applications.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and independently define test structure, strategy, coverage, and validation logic.
• Experience working with business analysts or end users and testing data migration projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance domain.
• SQL, database validation, or test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
