What you will do

• Serve as the primary connection between clients and the client services team, ensuring brand strategy is clearly communicated.
• Lead client relationships, including collaboration with key opinion leaders and management of client expectations.
• Own campaign delivery from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, and guide client services staff while contributing to performance-related decisions.
• Coordinate with creative and other agency departments to provide project updates and maintain quality control.
• Anticipate client needs, develop recommendations, and manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent discipline.
• Pharmaceutical agency experience is required.
• Brand launch experience is required.
• At least 7 years of client services experience in a high-volume advertising agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and self-motivation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
