What you will do

• Lead strategic client presentations and provide innovative, insights-based social-first solutions.
• Own client financials, including budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking.
• Oversee cross-functional internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet agency standards and client needs.
• Manage simultaneous work-back schedules and key milestones for launch strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s industry, competitors, and evolving consumer landscapes.
• Control the quality of all produced work to ensure it aligns with client requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience, ideally within the tech industry.
• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Strong background in account management within social and influencer marketing environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex client organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience running accounts with budgets of $2M+.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior-level clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator tracking tools like Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, or Captiv8.
• Deep cultural awareness in music, entertainment, and fashion.
