Salary: $83,000-100,000 / year

What you will do

• Own day-to-day client relationships and communications across assigned workstreams.
• Translate client feedback and business objectives into clear creative briefs and direction for internal teams.
• Lead routine client meetings, status calls, and presentations of strategic and creative rationale.
• Proactively identify risks and manage client expectations through transparent communication.
• Mentor junior team members in relationship management and presentation skills.
• Partner with Program Management to align client expectations with delivery plans and budgets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or consulting.
• Proven ability to build trusted client partnerships and lead business communications.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Media).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brooklyn, NY office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
