Team Lead Data Products & Analytics (Data Products/Analytics): Leading a cross-functional analytics team and turning strategic data requirements into reliable data products with an accent on stakeholder value, prioritisation, and operational excellence. Focus on building the team lead function, evolving KPI definitions, self-service dashboards, semantic layers, and AI products while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data leadership.
Location: Remote within Germany, supported by flexible working hours and a workation policy.

What you will do
- Lead Analytics Engineers and Analysts professionally and disciplinarily, supporting career development.
- Own and prioritise the team backlog, manage stakeholder requests, protect capacity, and communicate decisions.
- Drive the quality and evolution of data products, including KPI definitions, self-service dashboards, semantic layers, and AI products.
- Establish lean processes for refinement, planning, and delivery with minimal overhead.
- Translate strategic priorities into team goals and represent Data in alignment sessions with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
- Previous professional or disciplinary leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder-oriented prioritisation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent German and English at C1 or C2 level.
- Ability to maintain oversight across multiple parallel projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern data stacks such as dbt, Redshift, and Superset.
- Solid SQL skills.
