Payroll Support Specialist (HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $21–$28 per hour, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 application and functional support for iSolved HCM solutions through phone, video calls, email, and web forms.
• Help customers use and optimize payroll and other HCM functionality in their work environments.
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Schedule and follow up on unresolved issues within service-level objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer files, communication logs, and support documentation.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and strong technical proficiency.

Requirements

• At least two years of payroll experience.
• Experience supporting HCM solutions, including payroll, or web-based applications.
• Associate degree or equivalent educational experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, computer software applications, and internet-based tools.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• CPP, FPC, or CEBS certification.
• Strong product, service, and technical support background.
