Payroll Support Hero (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid in Utah (regular in-office presence required)

What you will do

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for payroll software clients.
• Resolve inquiries regarding deductions, garnishments, and general software usage.
• Research and implement solutions for challenging problems faced by clients.
• Guide clients on integrating and utilizing the software for maximum efficiency.
• Balance multiple client projects while maintaining high performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utah for hybrid work and mandatory in-office training.
• Ability to handle phone conversations for up to 6 hours per day.
• Strong passion for customer care and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly and multi-task effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
