What you will do

• Define enterprise data architecture standards, technology strategies, and Snowflake platform roadmaps.
• Establish governance practices for metadata, data quality, lineage, privacy, and regulated data environments.
• Lead architecture design, solution reviews, technical governance, and delivery for data initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging cloud, AI, analytics, and data technologies through assessments and proofs of concept.
• Align data solutions with business objectives while managing stakeholder priorities, dependencies, timelines, and estimates.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to implementation teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of cross-system and full-stack architecture experience using Snowflake.
• Experience developing Snowflake data platform roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, data modeling, and data governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and data-driven business initiatives.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Power BI, Informatica, and modern data engineering platforms.
• Experience with GxP and regulated environments.
