What you will do

• Analyze provider engagement pipelines across oncology sites, networks, and physician relationships to identify high-value opportunities.
• Evaluate direct-to-patient acquisition funnels, conversion rates, enrollment costs, and drop-off points.
• Prepare briefing notes, reports, slide decks, and recommendations for the CEO, co-founders, executives, investors, providers, and pharma partners.
• Own analytical workstreams and strategic projects from problem definition through execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, and customer-facing teams to identify root causes and improve partner and patient flows.
• Research patient recruitment, competitors, business models, oncology, clinical trials, and healthcare trends in the US and Germany.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, economics, business, statistics, industrial engineering, or another analytical field.
• At least one year of full-time post-graduation experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, business development, growth, or an analytical role at a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel and funnel and channel metrics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic, actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye and collaborate directly with C-level executives.
