Solutions Engineer

Location: United States; willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the US and Canada is required.

Annual pay range: USD 55,900–90,000.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact and subject matter expert for assigned client portfolios.
• Manage daily administration, complex inquiries, escalations, onboarding, data verification, and account setup.
• Lead regular client performance reviews with leadership, covering metrics, system performance, and open tickets.
• Analyze client operations and recommend workflow enhancements, best practices, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Research teams to resolve bottlenecks, validate datasets, and clarify billing issues.
• Support product demonstrations and execute user acceptance testing for new or updated software features.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including regular interaction with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Ability to independently organize and lead high-level client meetings while coordinating internal resources.
• Strong data-driven analysis, business judgment, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior relevant industry experience required.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel to client sites in the US and Canada.
