What you will do

• Support Creative Strategists in developing concepts for paid social campaigns.
• Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends, and platform best practices.
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs under senior guidance.
• Organize creative briefs, references, and concept boards for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers throughout the creative process.
• Interpret creative performance data and apply insights to future concepts.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an agency or in-house creative role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience creating social media, marketing, or advertising content, copy, or creative concepts.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Curiosity about data, testing, consumer psychology, and performance marketing.
• Collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Portfolio or examples of creative work, copywriting, or content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta or TikTok paid social platforms.
• Exposure to creative testing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
