Game Operations Analyst - Pre Match

Location: Remote within the United States; Atlanta, Georgia is preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Post and maintain accurate pre-game and in-game player projections across supported markets and leagues.
• Monitor projections and track player, team, matchup, and other relevant information throughout the day.
• Manage risk using modeling and quantitative analysis, adjusting projections when necessary.
• Analyze member play patterns and improve internal game operations processes.
• Collaborate with sport owners to implement strategies, best practices, and key-market processes.
• Support product initiatives and establish standard operating procedures for game operations.

Requirements

• Experience and extensive knowledge of daily fantasy sports, prediction markets, sports gaming, and player props.
• Strong understanding of college and major sports league players, teams, matchups, and their impact on projections.
• Ability to analyze multiple information streams and make thoughtful decisions under strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, time management, reliability, and adaptability.
• Highly proficient with Google Workspace and able to learn new or updated software.
• Availability to work nights and weekends in line with the sports schedule.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience working in or playing daily fantasy sports or sports gaming.
