Product Analyst

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own product analytics end to end, define meaningful metrics, and connect signals across products.
• Analyze customer behavior across engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes to inform the product roadmap.
• Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, and agents to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Turn transcripts, surveys, and customer feedback into product-shaping insights with CX, research, and product partners.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influence business direction.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience in product or customer analytics.
• Proven ability to use quantitative analysis to drive product or business changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with product analytics and customer measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently analyze complex datasets.
• Strong AI fluency, including daily use of Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to build and automate analytical workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or chat products.
• Fintech experience.
