Information Assurance Specialist I

Information Assurance Specialist I (Salesforce/Data Quality): Maintaining and improving Salesforce records and adjacent enterprise systems with an accent on duplicate detection, data validation, and cross-functional ticket resolution. Location: Remote within the United States; ability to travel 1–2 times per year for team events

What you will do

• Resolve Salesforce cases from internal stakeholders and maintain accurate Salesforce objects.
• Identify, investigate, and remediate duplicate or potentially duplicate records.
• Use software tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Detect data discrepancies, process exceptions, and system issues, escalating recurring or unresolved trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional data and process issues.
• Document issues and improve standard operating procedures for records management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with dynamic information systems and present information clearly.
• Work authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
