What you will do

• Monitor daily data synchronization status in the CRM interface and reimport data when necessary.
• Set up new client integrations and configure client accounts.
• Test integrations before production releases using Postman and the CRM interface.
• Verify incoming events and data mappings.
• Request missing technical information from clients and support post-release testing.
• Guide clients through API integrations and investigate basic issues before escalation when appropriate.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
• English and Ukrainian are required.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web integrations.
• Interest in working with data, synchronization processes, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with CRM interfaces and follow integration documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience testing APIs with Postman or curl.
• Ability to read JSON payloads.
• Experience reading server or access logs.
• Additional language proficiency beyond English and Ukrainian.
