What you will do

• Build serialization and deserialization library implementations across Java, Python, C, C#, JavaScript, and Go.
• Improve the frontend and backend of the hirify.global Schema Registry.
• Monitor and develop build and test pipelines for the Schema Registry.
• Contribute to AI-assisted workflow development and automation.
• Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams.
• Assist the support team with resolving field issues.

Requirements

• Development experience across frontend, backend, and build or test pipelines.
• Comfortable working with multiple programming languages, including Java and Python.
• Experience across requirements definition, planning, implementation, testing, and support.
• Interest in developer productivity, automation, and reducing manual work.
• Quality-focused approach centered on end-user needs.
• Experience with AI technologies and coding-assistance tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.

Nice to have

• Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with messaging brokers such as hirify.global, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based CI runners.
• Experience addressing cross-platform build challenges on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
