Salary: $175,500–$218,250 CAD per year base salary for exceptional talent based in British Columbia, Canada; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain software integrations for IP phones, SIP adapters, ATA adapters, and DECT base stations.
• Design device-management features covering provisioning, activation, and in-product control.
• Troubleshoot production and customer issues involving connected communication devices.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and maintain code quality through peer reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and engineering teams to turn requirements into technical specifications and production features.

Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python or another structured programming language.
• Experience with both frontend and backend technologies, databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in unit testing and familiarity with Git.
• Familiarity with TCP and UDP networking protocols.
