Location: Remote within the United States; must be located in the Pacific Time Zone. Travel up to 15% required.

Salary: Up to $195,000 base salary plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of hirify.global Images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account teams to understand customer goals, address pain points, and support value realization, retention, and growth.
• Test, document, and improve hirify.global Images and customer onboarding as a customer-zero technical contributor.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share implementation best practices.
• Teach, collaborate, and contribute to cross-functional team initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a post-sales client-supporting role.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, software development processes, and software engineering design concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to engineers, executives, and other audiences.
• Must be located in the United States and the Pacific Time Zone; ability to travel up to 15% required.
