Location: Remote, but must reside in the surrounding New York City area; travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events is required.

Salary: $168,000–$245,000 base salary; estimated OTE of $240,000–$350,000.

What you will do

• Partner with account teams to assess customer environments and identify infrastructure and transformation opportunities.
• Design, validate, present, and refine enterprise solutions aligned with business, technical, and financial requirements.
• Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle, including demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical validations, and customer workshops.
• Build strategic relationhirify.globalps with OEMs and technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.
• Advise IT leaders on technology strategy and modernization while driving pipeline growth and opportunity progression.
• Enable sales teams through technical training and mentor junior Solutions Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar solutions engineering or technical pre-sales role.
• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, hybrid cloud, virtualization, compute, and storage platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of hypervisors, Docker, Kubernetes, and software-defined data centers.
• Ability to design solutions across data center, cloud, networking, and security domains, including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with enterprise technologies from vendors such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Nutanix, and Veeam.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience required.
